Anyone can find something amazing for themselves at Arctic!I love their infrared sauna, especially in the colder months- great to detox and warm up! They’re also are helping me to get rid of the stubborn belly fat with the use of freezing methods. After just few sessions I was able to fit back in my pre pandemic jeans! The owner is very knowledgeable in the topic of nutrition and wellness. Honest, very friendly and professional staff. The place is very clean and cozy. It has the spa vibes. You come in as a stranger, warmly welcomed by smiling faces and leave as a friend.

This place is amazing I've been dealing with a pinch nerve in my neck for about 2 months I went physical therapy tried chiropractor no relief so I decided to try Artic Cryotherapy and yes I found the answer I have such great relief in my neck pain has gone away and I only one went one session but I am not stopping there I will be back every 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place if you are having any type of pain! Also the service is impeccable! You will not be disappointed!

Definitely 10/10 recommend going to this place. The owner and her employees were very kind and show lots of care to their clients. I had a recent hockey injury on my upper back and spine area; had major swelling and sharp pain on that area so was treated with one of their hand held “wand” like machine that works on deep tissue inflammation. After only 1 session the pain level went down half way and was asked to return for a 2nd session due to the severity of my injury. After that session, about 90% of the pain and swelling was gone, it fixed my posture, and breathing. Overall great experience with amazing employees. Will definitely come back for other services they have to offer!! :))

I decided to try whole body cryotherapy and I'm glad I made the decision. Immediately after leaving the chamber, I felt a burst of energy and my skin feels firm. I also like the personality of the staff! I felt very comfortable and connected to them. I will definitely return. I cannot wait!

I certainly will visit again, these two ladies are so patient and kind so don't be shy! I was curious to try cryotherapy after seeing a pamphlet and called on the 27th, asked when the soonest I could come in, was pleasantly surprised they could see me the same day! They are eager to answer any questions and ease any nervousness that you might have the first time around, after doing full body and local on my face it was as if I was renewed.
